Shipping and Delivery
PT Gifts and Awards will endeavour to dispatch the majority of orders within 1 – 2 business days from receipt of order.
Orders you place late on Friday or on the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Shipping and Delivery charge is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order.
We send your orders via Australia Post - standard shipping.
Tracking numbers are supplied most of the time.
It takes approximately from 2 to 7 business days for Australia Post to deliver your order, depends where you are located in Australia. Please see below for ETA
**VIC and SA customers: approx 2 - 3 business days
**QLD and TAS customers: approx 3 - 4 business days
**Canberra and NSW customers: approx 4 business days
**WA and NT customers: approx 5 - 7 business days
If you require express post, please email to info@ptgiftsandawards.com.au before you place your order. We will get back to you with extra shipping charge. If you agree, we will arrange this for you.

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your PT Gifts and Awards order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of defective merchandise within 7 working days of the receipt.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. Because of the nature of the personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for them.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
